A Good Little Girls Zine

The Real Woman

It used be that you were my competition, you look for a new job, made me question my job

You lose weight, I suddenly see the thick legs, large ass on my body that needs to change

You find a new place to live, my home seems lacking

You show up in new a outfit, my clothes are rags

And I can’t say when

or how

is it my age, the therapy, the experience?

Somehow I just stopped and began honoring you, celebrating you, sliding out of the handcuffs of old ass norms that two hot girls cannot be in the same room together without competing

Now when I see you, I see you, not the lesser me

And when I see me, I see me, the real woman.
