A Good Little Girls Zine

perpetually I chase after you
you with your nostalgic scent
and tree farms bursting with images of freedom and innocence
each time we meet,
we play again and again
like toddlers with new Legos
chasing after butterflies and dandelions
but then—
we
part
and you hold it all
—the laughter, the sunshine, my palate
and I—
I am left perpetually
yearning our reunion.
