A Good Little Girls Zine

Apart

Two roads begin to diverge, splitting away from each other from decades of entwined glory, they find new territory and it is brutal:

the taste of freedom,

wind in their face, they turn toward each other and it’s new, different, heartbreaking,

and brilliant–

They may have twisted their bumpy asphalt into one… a long time ago, but now–

Split apart; independent of the other

They see, really see the other–

Light, Free, New

They lock eyes in the distance, knowing the bridge is more important than that entwining, a decade ago.

Apart,

 they find their way together.
