A Good Little Girls Zine

Us Against Them

We only talk in brief text messages, can go months upon months in silence, I do not know where you live even, no address, no picture in my mind to think of when we talk

Our chats are either one line texts or a barrage of accusations which you so easily spin my way and I, well I try to stay level, disengaged but clear that those accusations—I won’t allow.

I do not know where you live, your home, your life it’s foreign to me, but when I think of the past

of you and me, it’s hard not to see and drown in the memories of us against them

It was always us against them

But now, I do not even know where you live.
