A Good Little Girls Zine

The whole gang arrived today,

Each wrapped in brown coats–thin protection from the elements,

One by one on my front stoop, you waited for me to help you in.

Every time I saw one of you,

I examined your height, and weight

Wondered if I could pick you up on my own.

Then, today, I took the first one to her permanent space and stared…

Did I make a mistake, will she be comfortable, will everyone else see her like I do?

Questions popped like popcorn,

And then

I sat,

cushioned by her padding, I knew

You, and the rest of the gang would fit perfectly into each designated space in all three rooms–but most important of the three

The Room, I’ve been saving to transform!
